A dedicated rowing tank and training environment where young rowers can develop a deeper understanding of the stroke, boat movement and the principles that underpin great rowing.<\/span><\/p>\n

TRAINING<\/span><\/h3>\n

Ergometers, strength and conditioning facilities create the foundation for purposeful training, allowing athletes to build the strength, fitness and technical discipline required to perform on the water.<\/span><\/p>\n

BELONGING<\/span><\/h3>\n

More than a training facility, the Centre is a home for the rowing community. It is a place where athletes, coaches, families and Old Diocesans come together, and a physical expression of the commitment, ambition and pride behind the programme.<\/span><\/p>\n
