On behalf of all the u14 coaches, I can say the regatta was a great success.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">The main goal was to medal in at least one boat class. This goal was exceeded, with medals being won in the Oct, Quad and Scull divisions, as well as 2nd place in a Double. These results are a great way to start a season, especially considering final crews are still to be selected, which shows that this year\u2019s u14 group has plenty of talent. I think this will stand them in very good stead going forward.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">I would like to add how pleased all the u14 coaches are with the attitude of the u14s so far this season. I hope to see this attitude carried through into the upcoming regattas. The Head Coach of Bishops Rowing, Mr. Smith, has also commented on the group\u2019s neatness and punctuality at the regatta, so a very good start overall!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">The first race is a great learning experience, and we have plenty more around the corner.
