The 4th VUSA 24-Hour Cycle Challenge takes place on the 24th and 25th of August this year, and will again be held on the Piley Rees.
In partnership with Investec and Bishops, #VUSA24 is a cycle event to raise money for The VUSA Rugby & Learning Academy, a registered NPO which creates opportunities for children in the Langa Community through structured sport, academic and recreational programmes.
You, your family, friends, or team mates, are invited! Whether you’re an avid cyclist or just looking for a fun way to get involved, there is a place for everyone. The challenge is open to all ages and fitness levels, and it’s a wonderful opportunity to engage in friendly competition while making a meaningful difference.

In teams made up of 1-6 riders (Serious Cyclists) or 7-24 riders (Social Cyclists), you will cycle for 24 hours in order to raise funds for this great institution. But it’s not all sore bum, and peddle pushing! There will be live music, magic shows, an obstacle course, local market vendors, a variety of food stalls, a bar, a DJ, and a Virgin Active Kids area for the little ones.
